The 1865 is a historic tobacco barn that has been converted into 46 luxury condominiums. The 1865 is located in Marathon Village and is close to Centennial Park and just minutes away from all downtown Nashville has to offer!

Three things people RAVE about my House:
1. Location is unbeatable! It is located in Marathon Village with access to all the West Side of Nashville has to offer! Just minutes away from the Gulch, Vanderbilt and Broadway!
2. The Building is a beautiful historic building that has been remodeled into upscale modern condos with all the luxuries you are looking for!
3. Beautiful Outdoor Area including a small Dip Pool, Outdoor Bar and Outdoor Grilling stations!

2 Negatives (so we are transparent and up front on what you`re getting into!):
1. The walls are thin, so excessive noise inside the units won`t be tolerated.
2. The building is located near train tracks and you can hear the train come through at all hours, if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up! (We provide sound machines and ear plugs)!

I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
