Three things people RAVE about my House:

1. Location to Downtown is unbeatable. Broadway is 13 minutes away! Cheap and Easy UBER to Downtown (no interstates)
2. Amazing Communal Spaces including open floor plan Kitchen and Living Area and PRIVATE Rooftop Deck!
3. Four Bedroom Suites!!! You have room for large groups, and showers for everyone!

FYI (so we are transparent and up front on what you're getting into!):
1. There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up!
2. Backing out of the garage could be a little tight if the parking stalls are in use.
3. There's an interstate near this home, so road noise will be heard when on the rooftop deck, about 68 decibels during the evening rush hour.

I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
