Brio West End is a high-end, modern condominium building with 12 beautiful units. Located in the West End Circle neighborhood, Brio is just 2 short blocks from all of the attractions, restaurants and nightlife West End Nashville has to offer.
Brio is designed to capture the synergy of West End near Vanderbilt. Walk to the gorgeous lawns of Vanderbilt’s campus or Centennial Park during the day and enjoy your favorite restaurants at night. Large, luxury floor plans give guests more space than traditional city living while being perfectly located in the middle of everything!
As a guest you will have access to the building through the secure doors for the property or the garage door. You will have access to two parking spaces dedicated to the unit (there is also free street parking for additional vehicles). You will take the elevator to the second floor (no stairs!) and walk down the wide open and beautifully decorated hallway corridor to your private condo unit.
The unit is a 2 bedroom unit with a bonus bunk bed room, as well as outdoor patio. The unit is yours and yours alone! You will have full use of the full kitchen, spacious living room and dining room. The first bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnished with a large King Sized bed. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds perfect for adults as it is a Queen over Queen bunk bed, as well as a sofa that folds out into a queen bed. The sofa in the living room also folds out into a queen sized bed. In total there are 7 beds (including the pull out sofa beds).
Guests will have full use and access to their unit 24/7. The building remains locked 24/7 but access codes will be provided for the building and the unit. The parking garage is secure and private to only the buildings 12 units.
"Back Home Brio is located in the beautiful West End Neighborhood. West End is home to the biggest “urban” park in Nashville, Centennial Park, making it a great area for active city-goers. Located near Downtown Nashville, Midtown and Sylvan Park, West End is centrally located. The location makes it easy to get to other areas in no time.
With its proximity Vanderbilt University, hospitals and big corporate buildings, West End has several hotels and is a popular place for people to stay while visiting Nashville. This area has more chain restaurants than other areas in Nashville, but you can sift through and find the great, local places to support as well."

1. Location to everything is unbeatable. Tons of Food, Bars, and shopping is very close by and Broadway only 10 mins away!
2. Great open floor plan with Kitchen and Living room perfect for groups to enjoy drinks, or prepare a meal together all on one level (no stairs!)
3. 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms and an additional bunk room space! You have room for large parties, and showers for everyone!
(so we are transparent and up front on what you're getting into!):
1. Parking in the Garage is limited to 2 vehicles per unit.
2. The Building does not have any built in amenities such as a pool or common areas.
We highly recommend Uber or Lyft to get around Nashville. Parking downtown (especially close to Broadway) is quite expensive.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
