The Neighborhood
Up-and-coming neighborhood, with tons of restaurants, cafes, bars a short ride away, and even a Hip Motel at walking distance with a swimming pool open to the Public! East Nash could be a town in itself. With plenty of supermarkets, clothing shops, vintage stores, live music venues, bars and speak easies. You will fall in love if you are a foodie, like eclectic spaces, and want to explore Nashville like a local. In this neighborhood, you'll be surrounded by many other vacation rentals and a couple of commercial buildings.

☆ This condo overlooks a busy freeway and is in a somewhat commercial area. Road noise of about 80 decibels is normal.
☆☆ Parking is plentiful but shared, and can sometimes be limited on weekends
☆☆☆ This listing is for two adjacent 2-bedroom townhouses. There is no internal door between the two. The front doors are 15 feet apart.

**There are steps to the entrance, and inside the house.
**Only pets allowed: dogs under 50 lbs. A $100 fee applies, to be paid while completing the pre checkin.
**There is FREE parking (first come first serve), and FREE Wifi
