NashVegas Rooftop @ Lyric is located in the brand new LYRIC development of East Nashville, a quickly transitioning street filled new construction Condos. It is located very close to 5 points in East Nashville which offers many shops, drinks and great food options!
Three things people RAVE about my House:
1. Location to Downtown is unbeatable. Broadway is 10 minutes away! Cheap and Easy UBER to Downtown (no interstates)
2. Amazing Communal Spaces including open floor plan Kitchen and Living Area and PRIVATE Rooftop Deck!
3. 4 Bedroom Suites!!! You have room for large parties, and showers for everyone!
2 Negatives (so we are transparent and up front on what you're getting into!):
1. There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up!
2. Parking is very limited to the vehicles that can fit into the Garage (two mid-sized vehicles)
I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
