Skyline Nashville is located just a few blocks from the Gulch!! The Gulch is located a little bit south of Downtown Nashville and has an upscale, trendy vibe. The Gulch is extremely walkable because it’s located between several different areas. You can walk to shops and restaurants in the Gulch as well as other areas such as Downtown Nashville, Demonbreun and Midtown. The Gulch is a small area with the only housing being highrises and apartment buildings.

 

Four things people RAVE about my House:

★ Location to Downtown is unbeatable!  The Gulch is walkable!  Broadway and all the downtown attractions are a 5 minute Uber!

★★ Amazing Communal Spaces including open floor plan Kitchen and Living Area and PRIVATE Rooftop Deck!

★★★ 3 Bedroom Suites!!!  You have room for large parties, and showers for everyone!

★★★★. The View of Downtown  is incredible!    This is upscale Nashville at it's finest!

 

2 Negatives (so we are transparent and up front on what you're getting into!):

☆ There are A LOT of Stairs!!!  This house is 4 stories with 3 sets of stairs going up! 

☆☆ Parking is very limited to the vehicles that can fit into the Garage (two mid-sized vehicles)

 

I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
