The Tennessee Townhouse is the perfect location for you to call home when in Nashville! It is located a mile from Broadway (just across the bridge) in East Nashville. It has everything you need to relax and take in Nashville.

The living area is PERFECT for to relax in and includes a 55" SmartTV, a wet Bar, a dining area with Farmhouse Table, a huge Kitchen and a private patio area with seating outside, all with custom lighting throughout the space.

The Tennessee Townhouse was completely renovated in the summer of 2017, it is a complete custom design including tons of upgrades, and custom lighting. This space was completely designed to be a perfect Nashville vacation rental.

This is a brand new listing on Airbnb as the property is brand new (or newly renovated)....for guest reviews of my other properties please check out my profile!

Guests will be emailed a door code to access the property on the date of arrival. Guests can arrive whenever is convenient to them.

Brandon will be available 24/7 prior too and during your stay. If any issues arise, Brandon will be your point of contact to have it taken care of quickly and efficiently so you can focus on your vacation and NOT on issues with the property.

The townhouse is in a residential neighborhood in beautiful East Nashville, filled with good neighbors and families. It's a mile away from Broadway. This area is still a transitioning downtown neighborhood with growth continually taking place.

Uber and Lyft are the primary ways of getting around in Nashville. From the townhouse a Uber ride will only be around 5-10 minutes (depending on traffic) to all the Nashville Hotspots. The townhouse is not currently walkable to downtown.
