The Haven is walking distance from everything you need. All you have to do is bring your bags and we take care of the rest! Sleeps 12 (4 bedrooms- 1 king, 3 queens, 2 sofa-beds)! Open concept kitchen and comfortable dinning room. Cozy living room with a Smart TV for relaxing and games to have fun!

Discover Nashville while staying in our brand new townhouse perfect for groups. Located within walking distance to breakfast spots (Fido and Pancake Pantry), restaurants (E3 Chophouse, The Grilled Cheeserie, za` Wood Fired Pizza and many more), boutique stores (Posh, United Apparel Liquidators, Apple & Oak and more), grocery stores (Kroger), beauty salon, movie theater and even the famous Jeni`s Splendid Ice Cream for those with a sweet tooth.

THE HAVEN
4 story townhouse / 4 bedrooms / 3.5 bathrooms / 2 sofa-beds. There is parking space for 1 car and available street side parking. A spacious rooftop to lounge and BBQ grill. Plus+ a cozy balcony next to the kitchen to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea.

BEDROOMS
1st floor - Bedroom has a queen size bed with walk-in closet and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Great for privacy and close to entry-doors!
3rd floor - Master bedroom has a king size bed with big closet, double sinks, and spacious walk-in rain shower. Also on this floor, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with walk-in closet and full shared bathroom with tub/shower combo.
4th floor - Bedroom has a queen size bed and one queen size sofa-bed. No bathroom available on this floor. This room will share with bathroom on 3fl.
Each room has fans, A/C, heater, plenty of pillows, towels and extra blankets.

BATHROOMS
2 private full bathrooms next to rooms (1st and 3rd floors), 1 shared full bathroom (3rd floor) and 1.5 in the kitchen (2nd floor).
We provide: hair dryers, magnifying mirror, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

FAMILY ROOM
A beautifully furnished living room with a queen size sofa bed, multiple ottomans, floor pillows and accent chair. 60" big screen Smart TV and vinyl record player. Netflix provided. HBO, Hulu and other apps can be accessed with your own login.

DINING AREA
Dinner table next to the kitchen that fits 6 people.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen: cookware, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, sink, gas stove, toaster, coffee machine, blender and oven (all appliances are stainless steel). Kitchen counter fits 3 people.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Washer and dryer combo with sufficient space to do your laundry. Cleaning equipment is provided and ironing board with iron. Located on 3rd floor.

ROOFTOP PATIO
The living area is connected with doors on the 4th floor that gives access to rooftop patio with shade where you can relax, but have plenty of space to have a BBQ.

PARKING
Private parking that fits 1 car and additional street parking outside the house.

High- speed internet.

The entire home and parking garage are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

"The Haven Nashville" is located in the heart of Hillsboro Village. Hillsboro Village is urban, walkable and has more housing options than other nearby neighborhoods. Hillsboro Village is located between Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. You will see a lot of college students, young adults, and families. Hillsboro Village tends to be more family-friendly due to the amount of single-family homes available around the area. There is a large, urban park with a playground and tennis courts as well as sitting areas.

If you live in Hillsboro Village, you can enjoy over 25 bars and restaurants including Nashville staples like Pancake Pantry and Fido. Hillsboro Village also has some great shopping including several clothing boutiques, a flower shop, a salon, barbershop, and pilates studio. It is home to the Belcourt Theatre, which is a theater house featuring classic, independent and foreign films, musical performances, and live theater. This is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville.
