1st Floor:
Walk into the stunning new end unit to a luxurious welcoming large entrance, 2 car garage and 3rd bedroom with private bathroom. Bedroom features a bright color scheme, 2 queen beds and a mounted smart TV. Bedroom also includes adorable patio space. Custom stained concrete floors and a large walk in closet space. Attached bathroom includes a bathtub & shower.

2nd Floor
Walk up the stairs and prepare to have your breath taken away. The entire floor is covered in floor to ceiling bright windows. Huge chef's dream kitchen features a 10 foot island with chic seating that seats 4. Kitchen includes top of the line appliances, a 6 burner gas stove, built in oven, oversized farmhouse sink and stylish chic fixtures. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to whip up a fantastic meal. Next to the kitchen is a designer's dream dining space. Enjoy hours sharing food, a glass of wine, and visiting in the trendy bright, colorful space.
Living area features a large TV, pull out sectional that sleeps 2 and high end programable electric fireplace. Cozy up on the sectional decked out in designer decorations, enjoy the large TV and relax. Need extra sleeping space? Living area also features an incredible Murphy bed that folds down for a full size bed.

3rd Floor
Walk up the stairs to two large master suites. Both master suites feature designer touches, two queen size beds in each room, oversized walk in closets, and attached LUXURY bathroom suites. Each bedroom has a smart TV mounted and plenty of space in the closet for all your items. Closets feature full length mirrors for getting ready and plenty of space for your belongings. Ensuites are stunning, both with custom tile, oversized glass showers, double vanities, and plenty of space for multiple people to get ready at once.
Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer available for use.

4th Floor
The Rooftop Oasis features 600 square feet of 360 degree views of Nashville. Enjoy the amazing views, the designer-decorated space in style. Walk out to the 8 foot custom made backlit Ivy Angel Wings Wall. The Rooftop features a custom made bar with everything you would need (cooler, grill, wireless speaker). A seated table for 6 to enjoy eating. The other side features a huge sitting area with two sectionals where you can enjoy the sunset. Enjoy a game of corn hole.

The Rooftop Oasis Nashville is located in the heart of West End. West End is home to the biggest "urban" park in Nashville, Centennial Park, making it a great area for active city-goers. Located near Downtown Nashville, Midtown and Sylvan Park, West End is centrally located. The location makes it easy to get to other areas in no time.

Three things people RAVE about my House:
1. Location to Downtown is unbeatable. Centennial Park is within walking distance. Midtown, the Gulch and Downtown are very close. Cheap and Easy UBER to Downtown (no interstates)
2. Great open floor plan with Kitchen and Living room perfect for groups to enjoy drinks, or prepare a meal together.
3. The ROOFTOP! This is the Best rooftop in Nashville. A city Skyline view from one side of the rooftop and watch the beautiful Sunset go down over the Tennessee rolling hills from the other side.

2 Negatives (so we are transparent and up front on what you're getting into!):
1. There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 4 stories with 3 sets of stairs going up!
2. Not a lot of food and beverage places on the block, but they are all a very short UBER ride away!

I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
